Where is my license code?

Your order delivery should be sent out to you immediately after purchase once the order process is complete.  If any steps during the order were not completed then you may not have received everything you need.  Also please note that email delivery can be delayed or simply get lost in cyberspace and while we make every effort to ensure that this does not happen the unfortunate reality is that sometimes there are issues beyond our system and beyond our control.

If you have not recieved your license code or download information please check that you have completed the following steps and double checked your spam folders.
  1. Ensure that you have completed the form at Step 1 on the page you were redirected AFTER you completed your payment.
    If you did not complete this form then nothing will have been emailed out - please contact us and we will help you to resolve this.
  2. If you did complete the form you will have been sent an email to confirm your email address is correct - please see sample email below. If you have not received this email please check your spam folder.  If you cannot find the email please contact us and we will help you to resolve this.
  3. If you have only received either the email with your download links OR the email with your licence code please allow up to 2 hours for the remaining information to be delivered to you and ensure that you check your spam folder.
    If you have still not received all the information you need within 2 hours after your purchase please contact us and we will help you to resolve this.
