- Ensure that you have completed the form at Step 1 on the page you were redirected AFTER you completed your payment.
If you did not complete this form then nothing will have been emailed out - please contact us and we will help you to resolve this.
- If you did complete the form you will have been sent an email to confirm your email address is correct - please see sample email below. If you have not received this email please check your spam folder. If you cannot find the email please contact us and we will help you to resolve this.
- If you have only received either the email with your download links OR the email with your licence code please allow up to 2 hours for the remaining information to be delivered to you and ensure that you check your spam folder.
If you have still not received all the information you need within 2 hours after your purchase please contact us and we will help you to resolve this.
