If you are having problems registering Bead Manager Pro for either of the following reasons please check the following.
1 - My license code says it is not valid:
Please make sure that you have copied and pasted the license code EXACTLY as it was sent to you in your email.
Double check that you have not copied it in multiple times into the entry box. Try deleting out everything that is in the box and copy/pasting it back in again from scratch.
2 - I get an error message telling me there is no internet connection, but I am definitley connected to the internet:
If you have an antivirus or firewall software installed it may block Bead Manager Pro from pinging our server to check that you license code is valid.
If you get an error message that there is no internet connection but you are definitely connected to the internet please try disabling your antivirus and/or firewall software just while you register Bead Manager Pro.
Once you have registered you should be able to re-enable your antivirus software and/or firewall with no further issues.
