If you receive the error "This application has failed to start because xerces.dll was not found" it is because you are trying to start the program from within winzip without extracting the files.
You must extract the files to get the Bead Manager Pro running correctly.
If you have actually unzipped it but are still getting the error please try using a different unzip utility.
